The series consists of 8 models with speed ratios ranging from 26:1 to 54:1 and torques ranging from 300NM to 1200NM. The torque difference between each two adjacent models is small, which helps customers save a lot of costs when choosing a specific product.
The separation box is specially designed for pneumatic actuators for butterfly valves, ball valves and plug valves.
The device can be manually operated during installation and the system can be tested when the air source is not loaded.
It can be directly installed on the most popular rack-type pneumatic actuators on the market.

Installation and operation instructions
Connect the bottom surface of the reducer to the valve and the bracket surface to the cylinder. Then slide the valve shaft into the inner hole on the gas cylinder until the end of the valve shaft fits well with the square hole of the gas cylinder.
When the lever is turned (180° outward) to engage the worm, tooth collision may occur. In this case, you need to turn the handwheel to a certain angle so that they can engage with each other.
It is not allowed to drive the device by pneumatic and manual means at the same time.
