SB Series Multi-turn Gear Operator
This series of gear operators is made of cast steel, and the optional material is HT. Bronze, D2 and QT nuts can be used to install on the valve stem. This series is suitable for linear motion valves with single-stage speed ratios of 2.3:1 ~ 8:1 and torques of 216NM ~ 6800NM, including gate valves, stop valves, etc.
Installation and operation instructions
The gearbox input end flange is connected to the electric actuator, the input shaft is connected to the electric actuator hole, and the flange bolts are installed and tightened.
Connect the lower flange of the gear operator to the upper flange of the valve, and slide the valve shaft into the drive nut. Tighten the flange bolts. Turn the handwheel clockwise to close the valve, and turn the handwheel counterclockwise to open the valve.
