The series consists of 14 models with gear ratios ranging from 42:1 to 3525:1 and torques ranging from 720NM to 150000NM.
- Quarter-turn gearboxes are designed for manual installation, maintenance and operation of valves in pipelines (e.g. butterfly valves/ball valves/plug valves).

Installation and operating instructions
Connect the lower flange of the gearbox to the upper flange of the valve and slide the valve shaft into the hole on the worm gear. Tighten the flange bolts. Turn the handwheel clockwise to close the valve and counterclockwise to open the valve. A position indicator and position mark are installed on the upper side of the gear operating mechanism, and the position of the switch can be directly observed through the position indicator. The gear operating mechanism is also equipped with a mechanical limit screw for adjustment and limit at the switch limit position.
